Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales - Hyderabad

Responsible to manage all sales and marketing activities in the entire Telangana State, to be based out of Hyderabad.

• Maximizing sales volume and profit margin.
• Achieving revenue objectives for the year.
• Building relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
• Distribution and trade channel Management
• Administering all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
• Prospecting for and qualifying leads so as to develop new customers.
• Being responsible for collections due to the sales made.
• Preparation and implementation of area specific product promotion plans
• Understanding customer technical requirements and prepare initial offer for the customer.
• Identifying and establishing new business
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Negotiating contracts, terms and conditions
• Keeping records of client visit reports updated on CRM 

Diploma/ Graduate –Engineering Degree with 5-10 years of experience in sales of Welding Consumables in the mentioned area. (Please do NOT apply if you do not have prior experience of sales of welding consumables)

Require: 
Good Communication skills in english and regional language
Knowledge of Welding business and local market
Good networking skills
Fluent in Computer skills
