- Steer the direction of our SAP Solutions department, driving innovation in the solutions in scope of the department
- Lead a diverse team across multiple locations fostering a culture of collaboration
- Ensure top-notch service delivery for our SAP solution globally, covering development and operations
- Take the responsibility for budgeting and cost management for the department
- Play an important role in supporting digitalization initiatives, leveraging SAP solutions to provide a stable and reliable IT foundation for the business units of voestalpine

- Proven leadership in the field of SAP solutions
- Experience leading teams across diverse locations
- Passion for delivering top-tier service in SAP solutions
- Strong English and German language skills, particularly in a professional context, enabling effective collaboration with international customers and colleagues
- Bring a balance of empathy and assertiveness to effectively lead and inspire your team
