voestalpine group-IT is hiring a highly motivated and experienced SAP Department Lead for High Performance Metals Division (HPM) with focus on SAP S/4HANA in the role of a global CSI Manager (m/f/d) (ITIL Service Improvement Manager (m/f/d)).

In this role, you will be responsible for driving the technical SAP software, fostering strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the HPM division.

As an SAP Department Lead Global Solution (m/f/d) at voestalpine group-IT you will be the driving force behind architecting SAP S/4HANA solutions within the High Performance Metals division.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Together with the business and the divisional Lead Architect (m/f/d) you will follow/execute the strategic solution roadmap for SAP S/4HANA within the High Performance Metals division. With the business your guiding principle will be “reuse before build before build”
  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with the customer, serve as a trusted advisor (m/f/d) on SAP software solutions
  • Collaborate with the technical and consulting teams to create customized SAP solutions that meet our customer’s needs
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand and align IT solutions with business goals
  • Manage disciplinary a matrix-team up to 20 consultants (m/f/d)
  • Manage a team of solution architects and guide them in designing robust and scalable SAP solutions
  • Provide technical leadership in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA projects
  • Create a motivating environment based on teamwork and innovation 

QualificationsQualifications

  • Several years of experience in leading the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards
  • Cross-industry knowledge of the latest SAP technologies with a proactive initiative to constantly upskill
  • Expertise in driving innovation and process improvement within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation, and presentation expertise
  • Leadership experience and the ability to foster a hands-on culture
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented with a strong teamwork orientation and a willingness to innovate
