Job descriptionJob description

  • Support the Project Manager in the execution of European site consolidation projects
  • Take ownership of sub‑projects and in the medium term, take over full responsibility for consolidation projects
  • Plan, facilitate, and document workshops, meetings, and decision sessions
  • Set up, maintain, and continuously improve the project environment (e.g. Jira, MS SharePoint)
  • Monitor and control project scope, timelines and budgets
  • Prepare regular project status reports and presentations for the Steering Committee

QualificationsQualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Project / Change Management
  • Experience in project management, ideally within an international environment
  • Confident use of MS Office; experience with Jira and basic knowledge of SAP SD and MM is an advantage
  • Strong commercial awareness combined with solid analytical capabilities
  • Clear, confident communication style and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
  • Very good English skills; willingness to travel approx. 20%

Salary package and benefits: The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is € 3.802,93 (monthly gross salary). Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
