General Operations Manager

PURPOSE OF POSITION                                                                                                                                      

Supporting the Execution of key strategic and operational tasks for the development of the Strategic Business Unit vaBWUS.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES                                                                                                                 

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·          Directs and oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations for logistics, materials management and Human Resources.

·          Identifies and resolves operational issues.

·          Implements company policies, procedures and initiatives to ensure efficient operations.

·          Executes operating plans and tactics to attain short and long-term financial and mission-critical operational goals.

·          Evaluates and optimizes current and proposed operational systems and procedures to gain efficiencies and to mimimize risk.

·          Ensures compliance with standards and regulations.

·          Monitors financial and operational metrics to measure achievement of organizational objectives.

·          Coordinates operations with other functions and with global functional partners.

·          Build and foster an environment of trust.

Bachelor's degree and 5 years Welding Sales Operations

5 years Management Experience

Knowledge of Welding wire mandatory
