For our location in Düsseldorf,voestalpine High Performance Metals seeks a Regional Marketing Execution Manager to strengthen its brand and expand market share across the region EMEIA. This full-time role is regionally based and focuses on integrated B2B marketing strategies, operational excellence, and collaboration with local and global teams.

Your tasks – strategic, analytical, future-oriented

 

The Regional Marketing Execution Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies designed to strengthen the voestalpine brand and expand market share across the region. You will report directly to the Global Head of Marketing Execution and be responsible for identifying and realizing synergy potential within our group of companies across Europe and India. Your focus will be on:

Implement Regional Marketing Strategies

  • Consolidate global and local marketing plans tailored to regional needs.
  • Align all activities with corporate objectives and brand positioning.
  • Localize and adapt content for specific markets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Act as a trusted partner for sales leadership to ensure strategic alignment.

Mentor & Support Local Teams

  • Lead and guide country-based marketers to achieve objectives.
  • Provide training on marketing tools and event preparation.
  • Monitor and improve team performance across the region.

Manage Marketing Projects & Campaigns

  • Collaborate with content teams for consistent brand messaging.
  • Localize and deploy product and brand content.
  • Coordinate creation of B2B-focused materials (whitepapers, case studies, social media, blogs, email campaigns).
  • Work with brand holders, technical teams, and product managers to gather resources.

Analysis & Evaluation

  • Track regional/local KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Share results and conduct marketing business reviews with sales teams.

QualificationsQualifications

Your profile – leadership experience, strong analytical skills, future-oriented 

  • Experience: 10+ years in B2B marketing (manufacturing, technology, or business services preferred).
  • Skills: Strong collaboration, leadership, and communication; expertise in regional marketing and campaign execution.
  • Technical: Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Additional: Multilingual ability and experience managing remote, multicultural teams are assets.
