Strategic Leadership:

  • Develop and execute a digitalization roadmap aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, RPA, IoT, data analytics) relevant to the business domain

 

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and digital enhancement
  • Implement AI-driven solutions to improve decision-making, reduce manual effort, and increase throughput

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with IT, operations, and business units to ensure seamless integration of digital tools
  • Support functional areas in realizing AI and digitalization projects from concept to deployment

 

Change Management & Communication:

  • Promote a digital culture across the organization through training, workshops, and internal communication
  • Act as a change agent to foster adoption and engagement with new technologies

 

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure digital initiatives comply with data protection, cybersecurity, and industry regulations
  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact and ROI of digitalization efforts

QualificationsQualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant work experience, demonstrated through digitalization and digitization projects
  • Strong understanding of domain-specific tools and technologies (e.g., machine learning platforms, ERP systems, low-code platforms)
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Relevant certifications in AI, digital transformation, or process management (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PMP); familiarity with agile methods and design thinking
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Python, TensorFlow, UiPath, or similar technologies
  • Strong skills in managing projects and engaging with stakeholders effectively
  • Excellent analytical thinking and a structured, detail-oriented approach to solving complex problems
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; proactive, curious, and eager to learn
  • Business-level proficiency in German and English

What we offerWhat we offer

Compensation and Benefits: The minimum salary for this position, as stipulated by the collective agreement, is € 3,728.36 gross (paid 14 times per year). The actual compensation depends on the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience.
