We are looking for a suitable person for the post of "Assistant Manager - Customer Service Department" to be based out of our Thane office. The person shall be responsible for below mentioned tasks:
- SPOC from Customer service desk for Order Management of Key Accounts Customers
- Update inquiries from key account customers in CRM as “Opportunity Management” in consultation with the Sales Manager
- Support Sales for customer specifications review, Technical specification review sheets, Concession requests.
- Coordinate between local ATC and Global contract review teams for technical specification review and testing costs; including usage of test costs pricing.
- Process orders from Key account customers (where the prices are already agreed) with respective factories globally along with technical delivery conditions.
- Work as a bridge between respective Global Customer Service Desks and key account customer for all sort of communication (For Order placing, Order confirmation, documentation, delivery etc)
- Manage changes for sales order and ensure all orders are approved and communicated to customer/supplier in time.
- Co-ordinate with global customer service desk for timely order confirmations.
- To build up / maintain good rapport with the material/ procurement teams of key accounts.
- Tracking of orders & Payments for the orders placed.
- Pre Check - Test Certificates as per agreed delivery conditions & technical details before forwarding the same to customer.
- Update Pending Sales order status in the system, as per the guidelines.
- Prepare reports as advised.
- Act as Claim Manager for all products sold from Mumbai sales company
QualificationsQualifications
Diploma/ Engineering Graduate with 8-12 years of experience preferably in a MNC company
Require:
Advance Excel knowledge
Knowledge of SAP / SAP Business Warehouse
Knowledge of GST & Transfer Pricing
