We are looking for a highly motivated person for the position of Global Specialist - SAP SD Administrator, to join our global sales services team and for following key responsibilities :

• Utilize knowledge of organizations template processes to troubleshoot and resolve support tickets within the SAP-SD system.
• Provide basic functional support to users, assisting with inquiries and issues related to SAP-SD processes.
• Collaborate with team members to provide test support, including assisting with test case creation and execution.
• Collaborate with other departments regarding process, system and interface optimization.
• Document and communicate resolutions to common issues, contributing to the organization's knowledge base.
• Assist in user training sessions to enhance understanding and proficiency in SAP-SD processes.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
• Coordinate system developments within the sales functions.
• Support SAP-SD in development and enhancement.
• Coordinate interfaces affected in process improvement (CRM, SAP etc.).
• Stay updated on SAP best practices and new features to continuously improve support services.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in sciences, business administration, Engineering, or IT area with 3-6 years of relevant experience in SAP SD administrator 
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Business fluent English.
• Effectively collaborate with stake holders from diverse cultural backgrounds, leveraging cultural awareness.
• Exhibit a Problem-Solving Mentality.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
• Strong SAP-SD skills.
• Basic understanding of SAP modules relevant to the organization's processes (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA).
• Prior experience in a support role or similar capacity is advantageous.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving business requirements and technologies.
