Group´s IT, we, together with the IT management in voestalpine’s Group companies and Corporate IT, build the IT foundation that enables innovation. To make sure that voestalpine stays “one step ahead”.
The newly formed Cloud Transformation Management department in the IT Base area has set itself the goal of implementing voestalpine's Cloud First strategy. Existing on-premise and new applications are modernized or designed using cloud-native architectures and transferred to regular operation. In addition to a cloud factory with internal experts, external partners (m/f/d) may also be used. In addition, there is close coordination with our Cloud Center of Excellence, which is the technological spearhead at voestalpine group-IT. In the medium term, the Cloud Transformation Management department is to be expanded to approx. 5-7 employees, also including our international group-IT locations like South America and Asia.

- Team leadership of several departments and establishment of a new team around the topic of cloud transformation management
- Development of new, global IT-services based on public cloud services (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS)
- Application transformation from on-premise to the cloud, transfer to operations
- Management of the internal Cloud Transformation Factory, management of external partners (m/f/d)
- Customer interface and competent contact person
- Management and reporting activities
- Coordination between voestalpine group-IT, voestalpine AG, and the voestalpine divisions
- Program & Product Management
QualificationsQualifications
- FH/UNI/HTL or IT-specialist (m/f/d) with relevant professional experience
- Broad knowledge and professional experience in the field of public cloud services (Microsoft Azure) and IT-infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of network technology desired
- Project management experience in the IT-infrastructure-sector
- Passion for solving complex tasks
- Analytical and holistic thinking – for translating customer requirements into efficient solutions
- In this job, you are required to work in a self-determined and organizational way
- Willingness to travel – selectively within Austria
What we offerWhat we offer
Salary package and benefits: The collective minimum monthly salary for this position is € 80.000,00 annual gross salary. Willingness to overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
